Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer
I spent 7 years working as a corporate concierge for a large company, helping their employees with planning their personal travel and events. I decided to step back from the corporate world to focus on my calling as an Energy Healer, and out of that desire, I created Crystal Horizons. My goal is to provide a safe space for people to experience healing and relaxation, away from the daily grind, if only for an hour at a time.
I am a Reiki Master, Advanced Natural Alignment Practitioner, and Intuitive Healer. I also have training in the Chinese 5 Element Theory, and am constantly learning and expanding my techniques.
In my personal life, I have lived all across the US, and am currently based in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. I have traveled extensively, and have a passion for exploring new things. I am happiest on a beach and love spending time on the couch with my dog, Millie.

WHERE DOES THE ENERGY COME FROM?
Reiki directly translates to "universal life energy". It is the life force energy found in all living things.
WHAT AILMENTS CAN YOU HELP WITH?
Some of the most common uses for Reiki include help with anxiety, stress, depression, acute illness, joint pain, mental fog, nerve pain, support through Western Medicine treatments, and general well being.
DO YOU TAKE ON OTHER PEOPLE'S PAIN?
Not if I'm doing it right. I help draw the pain out of the body, but I do not allow it to settle within myself.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
I tap into the energy in and around the body and allow it to flow through my hands into the client's body. Depending on the need, this can be a simple "fill up" with energy or intended for a specific healing purpose. Healing love is the most powerful of the energetic frequencies and is most often related as similar to prayer.
WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BE A HEALER?
This was a slow process that I honestly resisted in the beginning. I started scheduling appointments with my mentor, apprehensive and skeptical of the whole thing. Once I felt the energy and the difference it made, I started to get curious and attended a few "Lunch and Learn" workshops. From there I enrolled in Reiki 1 and started taking every training that was available to me. Two years later I had become Reiki Master Practitioner attuned and picked up Natural Alignment along the way. I have realized that my corporate customer service jobs ticked all the boxes that I told myself I was looking for, but I still felt unfulfilled. Energy healing allows me to use my gifts to help people feel better and more fully able to enjoy life.
