Self-Care Bingo

Now that January is coming to an end, this is about the time when the New Years' resolutions start to slow down or drop off. But self care shouldn't be a short term resolution - it should be a part of your regular routine.


I know it's not always easy. Look, I've been there - there have been times where I was so deep in my depression that just brushing my teeth counted as self care. And if that's where you're at, then I am so proud of you for doing what it takes to get through each day.


But I find that it's easier to do something when it's fun. So I made a bingo board! Save it, screenshot it, bookmark this page, do whatever works for you and check off as many as you can! Set rewards for yourself too. You got Bingo, you get to treat yourself to one of those adorable tiny bundt cakes. You filled the board, you get to go on a crazy shopping spree through Barnes & Noble. Make it fun! Get creative!


You can fill the bingo board in a week, in a month, or even take the whole year if you need to. But make yourself a priority in 2025, and know that your needs matter and are important.
